The hardest worker is college basketball just broke the record for points at UNC tonight. Some team with a smart GM that picks about 15-25 will take Tyler and get a double-double energy guy who will play for about ten years in the NBA.

Sign him if he goes undrafted. Another DLee?

Speaking of DLee, how was he considered before his draft? I guess I could youtube or google it, but I'd like to hear the UK-peoples' opinions on it.

Well TMS I guess you could say I have a monopoly on them since I coached them both. There were 13 in the NBA that did it last year.

King, you coached these guys? Are you a coach, or just an avid Live/2K player?

Lee was considered a 30-45 player in the draft. He worked out for 20 teams and played well in Chicago to be drafted at 30 by the Knicks.

Interesting, King1.

Hardwork will get you anywhere in life given that you're willing to put in the hardwork.

well if u'r so confident of Hansbrough's potential then why don't we just trade D Lee for a pick now & take him then & keep that salary flexibility open for 2010? this is what i was talking about during all that talk when u told me there would be no way we could replace D Lee's production for the money he's slated to make... i said there will be talent available in the draft that can probably take D Lee's place & u disagreed w/me... maybe not immediately but in a couple years certainly.

He's an energy guy with above avg hops and athleticism, i'm not exactly sure he can reproduce Lee's rebounding in a league full of taller and athletics players than the competition he faces in college.

But i like how he works in the post though, nice footwork and if he can adjust to the fact that he cannot overpower players in the post like he did in college i think he'll be a good low post threat.

Bottom line IMO we get Hansborough if he's the best player left on board to play him TOGETHER with Lee.

Now that Balkman is gone, Tyler would be the Token White Guy.

2007 draft one player averaged a double double All horford
2006 Draft no players
2005 draft 3 players Bogut and Lee Paul
2004 Draft Howard Okafor, Biedrins.
5 top 3 players number 14 pick and number 30 pick. I guess you are right it is easy to find double-double guys late in the draft.

ur contradicting urself... in 1 sentence u call Hansbrough a future double double kid who can be had late in the draft by an "intelligent GM", & then u say we won't be able to get one easily in the draft this year... which is it?

Hansbrough will be one. I am saying he and maybe Blake Griffin will be the two in this draft to be double-double guys. New York wont draft Tyler he isnt european and soft. Bottom line no matter what Tyler does it is virtually impossible to find a guy past 15 in the draft to average a double-double.
