Marc, you're nothing but an insufferable sycophant. Do us all a favor and follow your man crush wherever he goes. You know you want to.
Marbury might be a good "businessmen", but you're an awful writer.
It will only be a matter of time before NY POST will close up shop. You can always get a job at Starbury when that happens as a shoe saleman.

Aww Fish, I'm one of your favorites. I feel so special.

I understand where all the hate comes from toward Marc, but a few weeks ago I e-mailed him and 'he' e-mailed me back explaining why he does this.

Basically, it gets attention, it sells papers, and we buy the **** up. So where does the blame fall? We keep feeding the frenzy by posting thousands of replies on his blog.

hahaha, I feel you. It's just that the e-mail was so poorly presented. He didn't capitalize and spelled a few things wrong. It was shocking. Beat writer or not, I think that most people should try to keep their e-mail communications as crisp as possible.

I thought about it but I don't know if it would be ethically correct.

Actually now that I read it again, there were no spelling mistakes, just a few odd little things that I didn't expect from a professional writer; beat or novelist.

Since when does anyone consider him a professional writer?

He's employed by the Post. That should make his motives obvious.

Yea man. I'm sure he's not a bad guy. We all have to make a living, right?

And another thing I forgot to add- he said that they have exclusive access to him. And he used 'they', not him. It's just the paper I think, more so than anything Marc wants to do.

Starbury is a good "businessmen"???? The numb fuk can't write; doesn't the stooge have grammar check or something? Doesn't the idiot type his s**t in Word first?
As stated ad nauseum, he keeps the moonbats and wingnuts posting on his blog. He gets 3 to 5 times the number of hits Isola gets. I read Berhoonman's stuff because there's very little else to read, Knick-wise. All the genius postings here aside, of course.

And for some strange reason, I'm hoping against hope that the little tat-headed troll manages to somehow work this all out, and salvage his career. If he actually turned this all around, and acted like a grateful, incredibly talented normal millionaire human being, would Berman still be a tick on Disturbury's foreskin?

It's a marriage of convenience. If you read Berman up until midway through the Larry year, you could tell he couldn't stand Steph. The same "love" he has for him now was the same level of virtol he had back then. This is the same Steph who used to publicly humiliate Berman in the locker room for his hygiene issues and wardrobe after games.

I remember being at Island Garden for Knicks summer camp that year and Steph was an hour late for his appearance. Berman was pacing back and forth in the lobby, all musty with huge sweat stains on his shirt cursing about Steph to anyone who'd listen. When Steph finally arrived, he blew right past Berman, hung out with the campers and Knicks staff for a while, then blew right past Berman again on his way out. Berman damn near threw a temper tantrum.

Then all of a sudden, a month later Berman's sloberring all over himself for Steph? Yeah right. They're using each other.

Maybe so but how many of us would have done the same thing if in his position? Times are tough, and sometimes you just have to do what you have to do.

He never had objectivity even before he started liking Steph. If you don't believe me, please do a google search on "Sprewell's yacht". I personally never noticed when Berman started loving Marbury and never realized he hated him at one point. I guess that's b/c I always looked down on Berman and never cared for him. He's not a good beat writer. Even Isola has been better lately and he's bitter as all hell.
