Does Anyone Else Think Jared Jeffries Sorta Sucks?

Watching the game last night I just can't shake the feeling there's something wrong with this guy. Is he supposed to be good defensively? I can't even begin to count the amount of time's he didn't run to his man or put a hand in their face. The missed dunk, the bad passes right to King players.

Maybe I'm being too harsh because he's only been back 5 games from his injury. But it just seems, and quite often, he's nervous. He's trying too much and not just playing the game. I know MDA has been working on his self esteem, and I just hope he gets some confidence and keeps his head in the game. AND STICK YOUR HAND UP YO!

David lee maade some of the same retarded passes last night too......

I say give Jared a clean slate and see him for who he is. He's not gonna be Larry Nance or Cwhhris Bosh.....he's a skilled role player that does a lot but nothing well. I thought the dude brought a lot of confuasion to the Kings defense. They were scrambling everytime he dribble the ball up court or dribble the ball across the lane. It throws the defense off if a "center" is doing **** like that.

Aside from those turnovers mentioned, did you notice any of his good passes and finishes? How bout that much improved jumper?

True. But D Lee did have 17 pts, 19 rbds, 2 steals, and ONE turnover in 35 min. Jeffries had a decent game in 27 minutes 10 pts, 5 bds and 3 turnovers. But hey I want Jeffries to succeed as much as anyone. He was just frustrating me alot last night. But he has only been back 5 games.

Jeffries has been a lot better than I thought he'd be after coming back from injury. His jumper looks halfway decent. He's always been kind of a disaster, but right now he is helping out.

Just kidding. I agree with TMS. If Jeffries can give you 15 minutes without screwing up and actually make a defensive play or two and score 6-7 points. That is about all you can expect.
