Now that Deke is a Knick, New York needs to free up a roster spot. I think that the Knicks will make a trade, but not for Nick Van Exel. Golden state doens't seem to need KT. There was some discussion in another forum about a possible trade with Phoenix for Penny.

I don't know about Vranes....unless he is showing absolutely no potential to ever contribute. Deke is a short term solution, and I don't think Vranes will go back to Europe and then come back to the Knicks...too many bad experiences for him over there.

Maybe Deke can teach Vranes a thing or 2?

Deke could be a good role model, teaching both Vranes and Maciej. Get rid of Travis - no future there.
