I am so sick of losing to chicago!

It just reminds of all the **** we've gone through with that team and a few other teams (baston, L.A. Lakers and Philadelphia).

First of all, we were 2,271 (wins) and 2,154 (losses) overall up until the start of the 2003-04 season. That was 117 games above .500 at least and we had winning records against 2/3 of the teams in the league. It's now approaching the halfway mark!

After that freak'n chicagoan isiah got done with us, we were only 9 games above!!!! AT THE END OF 2007-08!

Now we are only 6 games above .500. LIFETIME!!! "6 FUCK'N GAMES!!!!!

We been in the league for going on 59 years now and all we have to show for it is two NBA championships '35 years ago'. "OUT OF 8 TRIES"!

And here's another one: 'we have a 175-172 playoff record overall'. Yeah, 3 games.

We barely have any NBA record holders so I have to ask 'what the hell is the point of being a Knick fan anymore'?

I can't believe all the silliness that has been going on between fans arguing whether we need superstars on this team or not! I mean look at the records and what do you think?!?!

I don't know about any of you, but I'm totally disgusted! That ****'n isiah should be run over by a goddamn truck!!! (and just for the record, I'm not going to do it).

But come on man' this is just sick and the NY fans need to start demanding higher quality and FUCK' everyone else or what they have to say. Including Stern! He can go to hell also!!!

Ask yourselves this question: 'Your either a Knick fan and will stand up for what ever it takes to get this team 'SERIOUSLY BACK ON THE MAP FOR KEEPS' or your a total looser and don't know a damn thing about winning'!

Until Lebron comes aboard, I'm done!
I'll never trust this' team again.

the game was close and Mike is coaching his ass off! We are playing better with less talent on the floor. There is progress.

You gotta tear it down before you rebuild it.

This year we tear it, next year we Begin to mold the role players. 2010 and 2011 we get who we want.

Oh my goodness, the knicks are actually look decent on the court. You can only do so much with a 7 man rotation and seriously. They will lose more games, but the important thing is to look at the guys and how they are playing. Chandler, lee, and duhon seems to look better and better every time i see them. Q is at least serviceable this year and plays D, so I don't know what the complaint is on him. Nate was good when he wasn't hurt. We're playing with a bunch of role players and yet we are still finding a way to stay in most games. There are just going to be some nights when we play the elite and they squash us like a bug. I think Walsh and MDa were the best thing to happen to the franchise. I like what I see from them and the team and the fact that I know in 2010 we will be able to be players in the market with a potential for 2 signings makes me very optimistic. I still think that we can be a .500 team this year, which would be a remarkable feat.

Yeesh, Personally I was encouraged by last night. If the team from the past 3 years had shot as poorly as we did in the early portion of the game, they would have completely quit and we would have lost by 30. This team battled through all the missed layups and had a chance to win. Unfortunately because of youth, and the bad habits learned from the past, they don't know how to close out games yet. Come to grips with the fact that we are rebuilding. We will continue to lose some games. But there is clearly progress. Those that will remain for the long haul are learning huge lessons. this is what happens when you rebuild. Some refuse to admit that we are rebuilding and continue to beleive that we should be competing for titles

Like I said before when i sit down to watch this team I have some sense that the game will be exciting and there is a possibility of them winning.I so look forward to watching them play I plan my nites around their game because they just look good and I want to watch them develop.IF they go 500 for the season Im happy!! The last few yrs they just didnt excite me like now.Seems to me with their attempt to get under the cap,still play hard and win, there is a small light at the end of that dreary tunnel we have been in for many years. Cooch out

I don't watch many games anymore. Thus, I don't comment on the ones I don't see. Its rebuilding man!

Rebuilding is like 2 years of preseason games. They don't count. Its about getting relevant players for the future ready to play or raise their value for a trade. Its creating assets for the future either way.

Nets rebuilt a bit last year and make trades that make sense. If Yi can pan out they are really making somthing special. They have Vince to either let expire or trade his expiring. Choices. Vince is playing hard and while they won't win any championships soon, they are building assets.

Knicks are still tearing it down. It ain't pretty, but Mike is coaching his ass off!

Im sold that he can compete with whom ever they throw out there.

This kind of post brings tears to my eyes TO think that after all of the despair this franchise is on the right track. I love how the team moves the ball and even tries to defend. What we need is clearly an upgrade in talent, which will help a lot. For right now the guys we have are learning and getting better. Over the next couple of seasons the young guys can learn and grow under MDA's direction and they can be ready to play at a higher level. This is a period we need to endure as the team is remade. It's just rebuilding baby, Just rebuilding.
