Yeah he has to sign a waiver like he did in Houston 8 years ago, and then he should be able to play.

I agree that Cuttino's best days are behind him, but I wouldn't call him a scrub. He's still a very good shooter and decent all-around player.

And oh yeah he went to URI so that's gotta count for something.

I hope he's actually physically capable of playing. If he's got heart problems, I'd rather he not mess with his life.
