Let Utah have 09 and take a shot in 10. Since the team will suck for two years why not let them have this years pick and take a shot the following year.

I've heard this line of thinking with the giving-up-this-year's-pick-so-we-can-get-next-year's-pick before on the board and I just dont get it at all. A lot can happen before '10.

We will have virtually the same roster in tact for next year that we will have for this year. We'll have an educated guess as to the kind of results we'll get and make the right choice for the pick.

I don't think this is an option. The only way Utah gets our pick this year is if its 23 or lower.

We're not going to suck. I just don't understand how people think Crawford and Randolph are better than Harrington, Mobley and Fugayzi.

Next year Harrington, Mobley, Fugayzi, Q Rich and Duhon (if they all are around) are playing for contracts, and in D'Antoni's system. They are NOT tanking. I would bet money we make the playoffs next year, and possibley this year.
