Question: Is Utah under the required salary minimum #?
Looking at their roster...it's even more talentless that ours. Maybe a trade possibility might be:
Knicks send Ward Kurt Thomas Shandon Anderson
Jazz send Raul Lopez Deshawn Stevenson Ostertag
Why? Jazz take on a bit of salary and are able to start a better squad --Ward, Kirilinko, Harpring, Thomas, Clark (w/Shandon Anderson & Arroyo coming off the bench). Not bad... and 2 of the 3 guys have expiring contracts. Knicks should take any opportunity to turn over the roster. Maybe Lopez or Stevenson turns into something. But this deal allows Frank Williams to get quality minutes. Ostertag is what he is, but KT is one of 5 beefy power forwards we have. Ostertag at least plays center. This opens the door a bit for Williams, Sweetney, Lampe...even Milos to an extent. It's not a trade that wins a championship obviously...but I think it continues allow for a youth movement.
What does DICK CHANEY & DON CHANEY have in common ?? They both accidentally fell into a job they don't deserve & really suck at doing it !!!! Both need to be fired !!!
