Damn. Beat me to it.

He has a lot of holes in his game and not a lot of weight on his body. But, still, he was a professional through and through and was a genuinely good guy.

I hope he does well in Oakland. Though not too well since we play them soon. ;)

I was at the Miami game where he scored 52. One of my more enjoyable viewing experiences.

Never wanted you here since day 1, thank god you are gone. Good character, all talk, no improvement, not part of a winning team. Thanks and goodbye.

Take care Jamal...

we loved you when you nailed the big shot...

you drove us crazy after going nut by taking the same shot but missing it...

we loved your personality, willingness to stand up for the team, and mature sense off the court...

you still drove us crazy by not translating that into the same sense on the court as much as many of us wished...

you endured the entire Isiah era to only be traded off once it ended...

here's to seeing you get a chance to shine in The Bay...

peace

Great thread. Never quite realized his potential here, but I dont have anything bad to say about him. Hope he finds the success in The-O that has been so elusive in his career. He was a consummate pro and he his play kept us afloat during some rough times.

That said, I'm glad the Crawford era is closed. Knicks are making power moves.

We should not have traded him for Harrington. Thanks for the memories Jamal. Good luck at GS.

Thanks for the memories jamal. I enjoyed you as a player, and although most seemed to find fault with your weaknesses, I appreciated your class and the things you did well for us.

Good luck in GS, you are a fantastic offensive player and fun to watch. you should do well there...

Sorry you haven't gotten to the playoff's in NY. I know you wanted that, but under Isiah, it just wasn't meant to be.. peace and , again. good luck...

He was a nice kid but his game produced far more negatives here in NY than positives. You had the occasional game winning shot, the occasional explosive offensive games, but for the most part he was a poor decision maker, a poor shooter, he disrupted any offensive flow, and we lost a lot of games.

So I'm glad he's gone and yeah why not wish him well in Golden State. I'll be curious to see how he does but I don't like him enough to start following the Warriors or hope he blows up over there. I'm a Knick fan and to me a player that's been more bad than good has been removed and that I can applaud.

I will miss Crawford the guy, not the player.

P.S. He was absolutely terrible under L.B. and he was pretty good under Isiah the coach year 1. Put that in your pipe and smoke it NYK4ever and Martin!

oohah

Good luck Mike D'Antoni, 'cause you ain't never seen nothing like this before!

He always played hard! Streaky offense, only fair defense....but he always played hard and tried, and cared.

I wish him well.
