Sometime in the next 24 hours. JCraw to GST for Harrington. The announcer thought it was a bad trade and so do I. I certainly hope it's not true!!

It helps our capspace if Jamal were to stick with his contract, but I doubt he does. I bet there's more to this trade.

Sounds bogus to me. For one, a story like this wouldn't break on 2 AM on a Thursday. Either it was just a rumor they were talking about from some website or a caller called in to propose a trade and the host of the show was discussing it.

Edit: It seems this wasn't on the radio but on TV reported by Ric Bucher. there is no timetable on anything though. It's just a rumor.

I for one would do cartwheels if we could get under the Crawford contract.

Lots of moves are reported late at night. If you use the search function, you'll find that the Kurt Thomas for Q trade was first reported late at night/early morning. Moves can happen at any time.

With that said, it's probably JUST talks.

lmao ... there was rumors that bellineli was gonna get traded to an east coast team. it would be funny if he gets traded to the knicks considering how that crawful fan was saying crawful will never be traded bellineli.

It is a lateral move, contract wise. But Harrington, while not a great player, has more left in the tank than Rose.

Harrington is a good player. Great athlete and will be a nice addition. It will also help us move other frontcourt guys.

Crawford for Harrington, bad idea.

Rose for harrington, probably still a bad idea but at least we get a better player. But Harrington is not a great defensive player and he dupicates Chandler and DG (once he gets healthy). Don't see how this trade helps us unless other moves are planned.

I'm confused. How do they get Malik and Jamal confused? I'd like the deal better if it was Jamal(I think he's a better 6th man and I don't like his contract), because Malik is expiring anyway.

But I also think Jamal is worth more than just Harrington. Harrington and Brandon Wright would be nice.
