Well in fairness Drew is lowering himself to probably about 6'6" there - yet - that's still some very impressive lift - straight up lift - by Bynum.

I think you just might be right Elite. It looks like a 24" or so verticle leap, which is very good for a 7 footer, but still. There's plenty of times stuff like that happens with other starts, that people ignore or just don't take pics of.

With that said, I'd like to shoot Isiah.

Picking Frye over Bynum|Granger and trading for Eddy Curry were Isiah's worst moves.

Trading Ariza for Francis and Trading picks for Marbury are next.

I think Isiah realized it himself last year when he traded Francis and Frye for Zach.

But Bynum|Granger / Ariza >>>>>>>>>> Zach Randolph.

lol @ being BANNED by Martin since 11/07/10 (for asking if Mr. Earl had a point). Really, Martin? C'mon. This is the internet. I've seen much worse on this site. By Earl himself. Drop the hypocrisy.

He's closer than you think. You have to remember his feet are at least 20 inches long for a 7 footer. In the picture, he jumps more than his shoe length.

That isn't the way to measure it. Look at Bynum's toe in relation to Gooden's sock. Unless Gooden's mid-shin is 24 inches long, Bynum is maybe 12-14 inches up.

Good luck Mike D'Antoni, 'cause you ain't never seen nothing like this before!

"He's OK," O'Neal said. "He' s 7 foot. He plays like a 7-footer. He gets a lot of easy buckets around the basket so he does what he's supposed to do."

He is not back to his level of last year in terms of his own athletic explosion and timing from his particular knee injury. When we start seeing 9-11 with 15 rebounds and 4 blocks a few games in a row--then hopefully he will be able to sustain and keep injury free.

I don't think he is jumping very well right now. What stands out in the picture is that he appears to be roughly 6 feet over Gooden with his arms extended.

So you're saying Bynum is like Gallinari?

The only player I have ever hear you praise is Dominic James. Im sure he will do very well in the Russian leagues.

You've got me mixed up with someone else. I don't even know Dominic James. I like Hasheem Thabeet. But you are on record as saying that Thabeet sucks and won't last in the NBA!

Is this the same thread that I swore at you with? My first wish for last years draft was for the Knicks to guarantee Thabeet pick 6 so he would come out. Your meds must not be kicking in
