Is it me or have there been a large nunber of ankle injuries in the league so far this year. I know in my 30+ years I have played in at least 1000 games and may have had 2 ankle injuries. Is there a reason for this like, bad taping of the ankles, bad foot work, Im not sure what you can do to prevent it, or if heres any thing at all.

2 ankle injuries in 1000 games? That strikes me as a dramatically low number. Do you jump?

Good luck Mike D'Antoni, 'cause you ain't never seen nothing like this before!

Do you think older basketball floors gave a bit more than the new one's? Perhaps the surface is harder and the sneakers players where today are over-developed. Also players tend to use jumping/athletic ability much more than 20-30 years ago which is where most of the injuries come from.

It's tough to sprain your ankle when you can't jump over a piece of paper
I just hope that people will like me

Bowen does that right? Moves his legs under the player so when he lands after a jump shot he is injured?

There or he kicks them in the back of the leg (Amare) or in the face (Wally).
