According to a report in the New York Post, the Clippers are interested in trading Chris Kaman.

The Bobcats have been active in trade talks to upgrade their club and are reportedly interested.

Sources say, however, that Charlotte has no one of consequence Mike Dunleavy desires.

The teams are believed to be looking for a third team to get involved.

We get Wallace. Cats get Kaman. Clips get Curry and Lee.

I would almost prefer Kaman over Wallace because he's a true center which is something this team has desparately needed since Ewing left

Kaman would be great- he can be an enforcer on D and on the glass. Richardson and Lee for Kaman would work, but Kaman has long term money attached to him.

I think Gerald Wallace is a stud. Scores well. Plays very hard. Very athletic. And plays very good d. I don't get why people on this board are so tepid about him. I'd be thrilled to swap him for Curry and Lee. We get rid of an expensive headache and a soon to be expensive mid-level starter for a guy who is paid about what he's worth and is an excellent #2 or #3 option. Plus, he'd be perfect for DA's system.

Okay, someone really has to explain this. Why again do we do these fantasy trades?

Kaman is a solid center. A definite upgrade over Curry. If we could get him for lee, I would make that trade (as long as we can get rid of Curry without taking on a longterm salary). Kaman can run and he can defend the center spot.

With you on this one Elite, ther's need really to do trades now and let's wait with long-term deals and see how things pan out this year. I'm alraedy enjoying this so much more this year than the last 5.

I don't think I ever proposed a fantasy trade, since joining this board. Maybe you should drink some of the happy juice Stephon is taking.
