Gallinari oozes with confidence. (NOTHING to do with basketball.)
Channing Frye was so charismatic. (See above.)
Eddy Curry was gonna lose weight. (I'm not sure if he ever made such an egregious lie but I could see him saying this.)

To sum up, we're judging these players by their words instead of their actions.

So the next time you want to say, "Oh wow look at how responsible Allan Houston sounds in this interview, we gotta pick him up cause he'll be great in the locker room!" think about how his arthritic knees or how frustrating his inconsistency was.
