Anybody peep the post game?

I forgot to dvr it but I'll try to give the gist of what each said.....

Duhon:
He talked about the energy level falling off when the going got a little rough. He said didn't say it but his answer and body language suggested he knew why the Knicks are losers. He said he has to do a better job as the point guard to spark his team and keep them motivated.....again not an exact quote.

Craw:
He said the Knicks panic when the going gets rough!!!

Lee:
He talked about energy starting the game. Said he needs to be a better leader enegy wise and he will try to do that in the next game.

D'antoni:
Says the Knicks seem to wait till something bad happens before they get busy. He says the Knicks need to attack. He used Nate as an example...says Nate attacks and even when the mistakes are made at least he attacks...says the more mistakes made the better cuz at least the Knicks are attacking....said attack mode twice. I love that. Talks about up and down energy and spurts. Said litterally the Knicks didnt do anything when they needed to.

anyway I'm just scratchin this together......check out the sound bites here http://www2.msg.com/knicksondemand/

Bottom line......can now see for himself and he has the right coach for the job to point out the guys holding back the sucsess.....Curry and Marbs have already been singled out. More guys are obviously on the list now after hearing the comments....I think Donnie Walsh needs to make a wake up call deal just to salvage the locker room and the product on the floor.....

We all talk about the season being a stop gap for the 2010 season.....still its the responsibility of the franchise to at least put a respectable group out on the floor.....energy? Something is wrong and a quick lateral trade should clean that up.

I have no problem with another top 5 draft pick.
Thank you, Rick Brunson.

Me either... I just want to see Chandler and Gallo have decent seasons.

They need to rid themselves of the obvious distractions.

From there, its anyone's guess. But lets be serious, we don't have more talent than the league's bottom feeding teams. We still need to do quite a bit of fixing with this roster and the only way it'll happen is with another top pick.

Thank Gallinari, the other new guy and Chandler/Nate/Lee or whomever's left have to get much better (still possible).

So basically D'Antoni is saying that these guys don't recognize this energy yet. They think their playing hard, but it's not the case. They need to take it to another level and know that they are taking it to another level.
I'll never trust this' team again.

this is going to be a 2-3 year process so u guys need to hunker in & expect them to suck for a while yet... the rebuilding we should be doing now shoulda been done a long time ago, but all the drama & off the court BS that this franchise has been through along w/some horrible trades have really delayed the rebuilding process... it's time to make some big concessions now to open the avenue for an honest rebuild of the core... some players are gonna have to be jettisoned that some Knick fans may like to accomplish that, it's pretty obvious... but unless Dolan can be convinced of this then we're gonna be stuck in this same mud perpetually spinning our wheels til he finally gets the message that the whole playoffs at all costs mentality is not gonna get us any closer to success over the long haul.

cut the obvious distractions like V just said... make some trades to free up cap space in 2010... develop the youth... that's the best course of action right now IMHO.

I don't want D'Antoni to have to coach effort but for the love God. Is it necessary to really watch Z-Bo jack up 3 pointers? I mean how does that get in your playbook? We're three games in the season and you got to realize that is not a receipe for success either. Enough with all the 3s, if you please.

is it energy, or are our guys just not that good?

is it energy=over achievement?

Or, is it merely energy=achieve talent level?

In all seriousness......who are the players on the Knicks as of tonight? Lee, Zach, Duhon, Craw, Q, Chandler, nate, Gallo, Roberson, Collins, Malik.......Marbs aint playin, neither is jerome, or Curry while Jared is injured......the roster is ****ed.

We all **** on Q but the dude had 28pts.....Lee had a terrible game.....point of me saying that is David Lee is the golden boy yet is just as responsible for everything as Marbs is.

At this point....I would trade anyone. D'antoni is the man and Donnie needs to get him a team. Us fans are tired of the soap opera and tired of "energy" questions........

I want Brandon Jennings or BJ Mullins or even Blake griffin.....one of those 3 in next years draft....or whoever emerges as the top talent. Trade Curry, Waive Marbs, Waive Jerome, Waive Malik.....bite the bullet.....sign some hungry d-league guys for the league minimum and lets go for the draft.....if the Knicks have guys on the team that get blown out by 20 yet are playing their asses off so be it.....but yo.....cant go on with this soap opera...turn the page bitch! write the check!!!!!

best case scenario, knicks trade lee for a draft pick or package him to get rid of a big contract.
some Knick fans accept mediocrity as excellence .... I don't!

I would trade Lee for a draft pick in a heart beat.....ONLY if their is a fire sale that includes trading various other players on the team...

Face it.....Gallo and Wilson Chandler are the 3 and 4 for the future. They need to start every game. David lee is good hell yes but not the only power forward in the league with talent.....duh....Knicks have Zach and yeah wilson chandler. That draft pick will come in handy on top of the fact the Knicks dont have to worry about paying David Lee a kings ransom to keep him.

being tall doesn't make Gallo a 4

should've taken Speights and we'd have an actual big who can guard the position
the stop underrating David Lee movement 1. FIRE MIKE 2. HIRE MULLIN 3. PAY AVERY 4. FREE NATE!!!
