Curry's size alone can cause others to not take it inside as much as they would without him in there. Curry needs to foul out of a few games to prove that point though. If you come inside, you get hit.
As a matter of fact, that's exactly how I'd use him.
He doesn't necessarily have to block shots to be effective.
I like that idea. If Eddie blocks the other players from driving to the basket, that is almost as good as blocking their shot!
Interesting stat on Curry is that he has only averaged more than 30 min/game
ONCE.....that was 2006-07 when he had his best year. Lifetime - 25min/game

What this says is that even if Eddie gets into shape you can't count on him playing the normal amount of time for a starter. We'll need back-up for him. JJ2, David Lee, etc.
