Knicks have 39 wins or less in the last 7 seasons. Will this be the year they break 40?

39 wins over or under?

I'm going to pick under but respectable until the trading deadline....I'm going to hang it out and say that they will be active at the trading dealine and move some of their better players and get temporarily worse with an eye towards becoming stronger in the long run. Then again, I could be completely full of it :)
