I am watching the wizards and spurs play, and this kid would have been ideal at center for this team. Now I will say he spends a lot of time on the perimeter and leaking out on breaks instead of hitting the boards, but his skillset is nice. good hands, soft touch, jumper is nice, he is agile, the kid is going to be a player. I am suprised the knicks didn't try to get another pick to grab this kid. He slipped to 18. wow.. what a find for the wizards. I know it is preseason, but this guy with the right development can be a heck of a player. I would take him as is over curry, right now.

I would have drafted whoever Wash wanted and traded the pick for Blatche myself

Blatche is another one who would fit this offense, I just like Mcgee's athleticism and upside more..

He looked like the perfect type player for this system given that we dont have a C and we look like were going to play too much outside in. David Lee and Zach struggle when confronted with multiple taller players. We dont have a 7 footer who can block shots or go over people. I just think size will catch up with the team on days we are tired or not hitting the 3 ball.

I still say he is a by product of Sam Cassell and Reggie Miller.
