1. How can QRich be starting he is terrible and they should have Wilson at the three.
2. Will Jamal get out of this funk or do we need to bench him and start Steph.
3. How can you put Eddy in the lineup at all I would play Malik and sit Eddy.

I really cant see Lee playing well tonight against the Nets.

1) B/c D'Antoni knows Q and trusts him, but that could very well ware off soon.

2) Jamal WILL play much better and Steph will stay on the bench. How much is much better though? That's the question. I just think he's too erratic.

3) Neither Eddie or Malik fit well in this system. We'll just have to ride on them, and wait for Jared, who is the better fit of them all.

4) Why?

Oh forgot about the ankle sprain. You might wanna change that last sentence to "I can't see Lee playing AT ALL tonight."

Is Allan cleared yet?

I agree it is time for Q-Rich, who is always hurt, to pass the torch to Wilson Chandler. I would leave Jamal in the starting lineup for now. Eddy needs to get his fat butt in shape or be prepared to sit most of the game. Maybe just getting garbage time minutes will wake him up.

Didnt MDA trade QRich I dont see where that love affair is there. I think that guy is one of the worst players in the league. He cant shoot and brings little to the table. I think get JJ back and move Wilson to the three and it really helps our team.

I agree about QRich. He seems like a great teammate but his play on the court straight sucks right now and has sucked for the past few years. I hope they can move him somewhere.

1. Q rich is horrible, I agree
2. I think Jamal will find himself soon,but if he doesnt.. he should be benched.. Dunno if for Steph or Nate though.
3. Eddy does not fit he needs to be traded, but Malik Rose is not the answer.

We won 25 games last year this team has no leader and that is one of the main problems. We have a bunch of vets that are losers and bad work habits. MDA and Walsh will weed them out. I am trying to figure you who is going to have a more miserable year Curry or Gallinari. I really cant see richardson in the rotation by the end of the year.

1. I think MDA is being patient cuz there's still the chance that Q will get his stroke back and at least shoot decently. This may not happen, but he's not gonna rush this and risk losing Q emotionally even before he knows that Chan is even ready for the SL. It's a situation too where he wants Chan to play at the 4 off the bench. He's said that he likes how he looks there. He can defend his man, but his man can't defend him, due to his quickness and athletic ability. He seems to have a clear idea of how he wants to use Q and Chan this year.

2. Again patience is the right move here. Jamal still has a chance to adjust to this system and learn how to get his offensive flow going. I wouldn't be too hasty in wanting to move him just yet.

3. I guess MDA just wants to keep this guy working and working cuz he needs it. He's got to get Curry to lose weight and get in shape. What other option does he have? You can't have a guy who occupies such a huge cap footprint just sitting there. He has to get him playing at least decently so he can move him if needed.

I'm positive that MDA and Walsh plan to showcase Curry with some postups called for him so they can trade him. I think they've moved away from trading Zach to wanting to trade Curry.

MDA didn't trade QRich, Phoenix management did. They realized he had a bad contract, that he had a bad back and didn't want to pay extra luxury taxes. They also had Joe Johnson waiting in the wings.

q's best year shooting 3's was in pheonix. 60% of this fga's were from 3. he took 8 three's a game and shot at a nice 36%. he took at total of 13 shots per game and his fg% was only 39%.

his success at the 3 that year was not a result of the nash effect b/c two years ago with the knicks, he shot 38% from three on 5.3 attempts a game. that accounted for 50% of his fg attempts. he still only shot 42% from the field.

in his career, he's a 35% 3fg shooter. so if he is to help this team, he should primarily shoot from 3 where he's not that big a liability.

Great post!!! I'm sure that MDA realizes this and looks at things like that when he makes his decisions. IMO Q will eventually settle down and hit his shots. If he doesn't then i'm sure MDA will make the right decision. For now tho it fits with how he wants to use his roster, to have him start.
