As some of you may have noticed, the great powers that be at UltimateKnicks have started posting some entries from SNY's theKNICKSblog.com.

I was hired to edit the blog in April and we've been trucking through the summer and we are estatic about the opportunity to provide fans with information during this season and beyond.

My name is Tommy Dee, I've written for Maxim Sports and have been published on Slam Online, and have been a regular contributor for RealGM for several years. I started at nykfanpage.com, writing stories back in 2003.

I'm a lifelong Knick fan, I go back to the 84 season, and I've watched, studied, and took notes on EVERY game since 1988. So, like all of you, I've seen my ups and downs with this team from the 1993 series against the Bulls, to Ewing's missed layup to the great run of the 1990s.

I'm an Xs and Os nerd, I've coached on the High School level, played 4 years in the CHSAA and passed on the opportunity to play DIII. I have a ton of friends on college benches and have helped colleges scout.

My staff is awesome, and filled with knowledge, but are always open for intellectual debates. Just read Andrew Smith's recent post on the state of the market and it's possible ramifications on the 2010 free agent class, and you'll see what I mean.

http://www.theknicksblog.com/2008/10/15/the-recession-and-lebron/

Chris Alvino is our guy for the younger generation, and Steve Conoscenti also does a tremendous job. We've welcomed guest columns and fan rants as well, and always look forward to them.

We are always looking for help so if you're interested in joining the team, feel free to let me know in this forum.

We're honored to be a part of this great site, one I've frequented for some time, and look forward to having you guys check us out.

Thanks and we're all looking towards the Knicks taking this thing from the ground floor up. The days of slugging draft beer and watching a playoff game in a bar somewhere (or whereever you feel comfortable) can't get here soon enough.

I'm a BIG Houston fan...but I would never hate on Spree's heart.

I always hated the comparison, to be honest, they were both great, but they played the same position hence why there was friction.

Welcome aboard. I used to post at two of the forums you previously mentioned so I certainly remember you.
-- the preceding post was brought to you by the letter K and the number 22.

Yeah you guys are right. I signed up a year ago and then forgot. With the new season about to begin, I found this site again and realized that I had joined but never posted before. By the way what is an "alba post"?

OK I see all of the beautiful pictures and now I understand. I guess when there is nothing happening in Knickland we can pass the time posting pictures of great looking women like Jessica Alba.
