I say, we trade for their bad boys... starting with Stoudamire passing it to Sheed... ... we get on the phone and offer them anyone they want including the fine moral dispositions of Houston, Ward and Doleac... agh, I know "boy scout" Layden runs the Knicks. It'll never happen. He wants people of high moral character... doesn't matter if they can't play.

Maybe if LayDown wasn't such a goddamn puss who only wants players who are as punked-out as he is, we could get those cats to play in NY.

It seems like the code of conduct for the NYK is that "you must be soft and overpaid".

Just pitiful...

Yep...Laydown loves him some MORMONS!! Utah-a-plenty. It's a shame really. Despite their off-court problems, i think those two guys could seriously help this team. Oh well, here's hoping for Bradley!!

Actually, I have been bringing it ever since last year... check the thread archives, Playa.

Why would I ever be mellow when my Knicks are in a state of emergency??

I KEEP IT HARDCORE, like my Knicks used to be when we were respected across the NBA.

Once LayDown is gone, and we get someone in the front office (including ownership) who has some BALLS, the NYK can get back to being a HARDCORE team making a serious run for a title.
