I just want to get the word out that their is a conspiracy to comit voter fraud on November 4, 2008 election day. The company that makes the machines have orders to rig the electronic votes taken at the polls.

The safest way to insure your vote will be counted, and have a paper trail is to vote absentee ballot.

There is no paper trail on electronic voting machines. It all comes down to what the company that runs the machines submit as the results, and with no way to check what the company actually got as opposed to what they submit, the safest way to vote is by absentee ballot, and this is a better option for thoes of you that have to work election day and do not want to wait in line, and the lines were so long in certain areas people just did not vote in 2004, because they had kids to pick up and dinner to cook. If you insist on going to the polls, I urge you to ask you employers for a little extra lunch or to come in late Nov 4th in order to vote because they will intentionally keep it backed up in swing states especially in African American neighborhoods because they know they most likely will vote democratic.

This election may not be so much of an issues of who votes, but are those votes being counted, and the safest way to ensure you vote, and get it counted is to have a paper trail for you ballot, I am makng a copy of mine just in case some fraud is detected I have a way to say I voted.

Absentee is a great choice for the sick and shut-in also, make sure they get their votes submitted too, even if they can't get out of bed.

This is an important election and people will do anything to sway it, ensure your vote is counted by having a paper trail to go back to.

I do absentee ballots because I do not trust the machines. Playa, you should read this book: http://www.amazon.com/Was-2004-Presidential-Election-Stolen/dp/1583226877/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1220880504&sr=8-1

My only criticism is that it's not "voter" fraud. I hear this term a lot. The voters are doing nothing fraudulent. It's "vote-counting" fraud.

If people are trying to rig the votes , why would anyone want to vote for the candidate who they are cheating for. Where are the ethics ?

McCain forms confuse Ohio absentees

CINCINNATI, Sept. 11 (UPI) -- Hundreds of Ohio absentee ballot requests using forms distributed by the McCain campaign have been found invalid, elections officials said.

More than 750 applications -- about one-third of the number received so far at the Hamilton County Board of Elections -- have been invalidated because the forms sent to voters by the presidential campaign of John McCain contained a check-off box that was unnecessary, the Cincinnati Enquirer said Thursday.

The questionable part of the form asks an applicant to confirm he is an eligible elector -- that is, a qualified voter. If the box is not checked, Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner, a Democrat, says the application is rejected.

Hamilton County Board of Elections Deputy Director John Williams, who has served on the board for almost five years, said he had not seen "a ruling that indirectly impacts voters to the enormity of this since I've been here."

Brunner said if a registered voter's application is rejected, the state must notify the applicant within 48 hours. She said officials recommend that the Board of Elections send those applicants a new form.
