this is one of the few media personel i respect, Stephen Ric bucher and Aldrige are the Few beat reporters i respect for the nba, and i am listening to stephen kill the knicks and i am enjoying it.

Funny, you act as if Stephen A Smith doesn't miss it at times and now you bring up "he's from Queens" like that is supposed to mean something in KNICKS FORUM. Stop acting like a 7 yr old !

Ice, I agree with you and mentioned it over on the other thread. This guy is on point most of the time. I was listening to him on the radio and he was ripping the Knicks then... telling it like it is... anbd it's ballzy guys like him that helps get the idiot Layden out of town. Not the majority of kiss azz media kissing up to our inept management. I thought the New York media was tough but, when it applies to Layden, they've been one collective *****, for the most part.

All I can say is, thank God for Layden that I'm not a writer for one of the New York newspapers.

Stephen A Smith is another talking head for the NBA ! They all have angles for what they do, so stop putting him on a pedestal because when he blows it(like he has before) you will be there licking his wounds. If Smith is so tight, why is he in Philly and not NYC
