Oklahoma City general manager Sam Presti reportedly could consider trading Luke Ridnour, Donyell Marshall and Chris Wilcox this summer, according to The Oklahoman.

The team has Earl Watson and Russell Westbrook at point guard, which could lead Presti to deal Ridnour to any one of a number of teams looking for help at the position.

Both Marshall and Wilcox have expiring contracts, making them valuable commodities on the market. Presti could either hold onto them in order to evaluate them further and clear more cap space next summer or trade them for veteran help now or at the deadline.

now where does this say anything about ridnour possibly comming to the knicks? or are you just playing fantasy basketball here?

Yeah I'm looking for a rumor not jus poster speculation.

Anyway.......I was like "**** yeah lets do it!" when I saw the thread title. I am welcoming change bigtime......Wilcox with marshall and Ridinour makes my heart sing......nobody is really gonna do anything fantastic......but its a lareral move that brings on change. Marshall, Wilcox and Ridinour all would be valuable in the open court.

Yeah....that's a problem.....still that's why you wheel and deal. Make it work.
If this is your idea then.....bam!.....hit them with a trade for a decent shooting guard.....as it stands now.....Cuttino is probably available.

Curry/ Wilcox

Cuttino

Lots of change....Wilcox allows you to play with the idea of trading Curry....it also gives you a Zach and possibly Lee replacement. Yet he can still be moved or used.

Is ridnour any better than Duhon? I doubt it. So why bother. Wilcox is actually a solid player. I don't know why the former Sonics always seem to be wanting to trade him. But there is not point in getting Wilcox unless you get rid of Randolph.

Isn't Marshall a Small Forward/PF? You really want Q-Brick to play the 2? Crawford could get us better value than Luke, again clearing cap space means squat if you don't have a competitive team to entice free agents. We already signed a point maybe not a floor general like Nash but he probably can manage the game enough so we can win a few more games. Roberson is a end of the bench fodder, Chandler is too slow to guard SG and so is Q-Brick. If Luke is sooo great why did Oak City draft Westbrook?

This is why I really thought it was important to purchase an additional pick and go after another shooter. I would love to have a guy like Courtney Lee, Shan Foster or JR Giddens in the mix right now.... Anthony Roberson's not the answer.....

And those guys are the answer? anyway, who ever said roberson is the answer.. I have never seen so much hoopla over a guy who is projected to be 15 on the depth charts and has an unguaranteed deal? really, I don't get it with the obsession with roberson. You would think we gave this kid a 6 year 80 million dollar deal... He is a shot in the dark for walsh, a good shooter who can play a role, and if he doesn't he is gone...

Marshall is instantly waive. Q Rich lost weight and is better defensively than Crawford. The move also gets a ton of minutes to Gallinari and Chandler.
