Its a good deal for him. Seems to be a fair number for "tier II" type players in the post. Can't blame him for trying to get more money or to a more intelectual city than Charlotte.

Brown will put Okafor in position to be in the running for defensive player of the yr over the next few yrs. Okafor & Brown are perfect for each other. Brown will add defenders to that team making them one of the better defensive teams. Okafor is going to be seen as the guy leading that defensive team.

While Okafor may not ever be a 20pt guy. He has WAY more offensive game then Dale Davis. He is a better rebounder, shotblocking version of Antonio Davis.
