Disclaimer: this is an enyrant.....no women, children, or animals were harmed during the writing of this post.....damn shame what happened to some of them after.

Q-Rich is a big woman. He runs like my grandmother. The form on his jumper looks worse than some of the girls you see in high school games.

Major back surgery? Oh sorry to hear that.......did anybody every tell you that losing weight would help your problem?

There is this article that clames you lost 15lbs....."trying to get lighter". Are you kidding me? They said that he said he was 228.....NOW!......wow man that means this mofo was around 245lbs last season? What the hell man! That's unexceptable. No freakin way!

You know Q wasn't really fat, he just looked like a guy you would see competing in the "worlds strongest man". He could barely keep his arms completely down. That's his design. I think Q is more obsessed with the weights than basketball.

So when did the season end? Mid april? He lost 15lbs in 3 months? 5 lbs a month? Can he lose another 15lbs before the start of the season? That's what I think he needs to do to get back to competing on a pro stage. Q-rich @ 215lbs would be way better for his health as well his career......245lbs? Shit man that's crazy. 30lbs over weight? Some would say that @ 6'6" even 215 is considered over weight.

I don't understand pro atheletes.....and league policies. A personal trainer told me at the gym after seeing how much I weighed that I needed to lose 30lbs myself. Just off of what he knows. He knows that I'm around 5'10" and that I don't look 215 but I am. No good.....I know......but as an example......how come a Knick trainer or a trainer at Q's gym or where ever he trains can't tell him he is too big!!!!! I bet Q can bench press 400lbs or something crazy like that.....no good unless you are Micheal Strayhan or at least Eddy Curry (who I bet can barely throw up 225lbs).

I'm just saying......every year marbs is taking his vitamins and saying his prayers and fat bastards are out here like Jerome mad because not even the Knicks will play his fat ass. I'm just annoyed as all hell......and inspired to lose 15lbs before the season starts in the name of fat and lazy bastard everywhere.

LOL, I didn't recognize him yesterday. My first thoughts were who's that bald fat kid the Knicks are bringing to the summer league.

My sentiments exactly....except you said it funnier. The dude doesn't have NBA fitness or athletic ability anymore. Hasn't for several seasons.

"He was a fat kid growing up," DePaul assistant coach Larry Harrison says. "But as he got older it turned to muscle. In practice sometimes I'll tease him and say, `Hey, fat boy--don't get chubby.'" - Coach Harrison on Q Rich at DePaul.

We have too many fat boys on this team. Anyways according to the Howard Beck NY Times article Q hasn't lost 15 points. "Richardson said he needed to shed another 5 pounds to reach his goal of about 228, his approximate playing weight in Phoenix." http://www.nytimes.com/2008/07/13/sports/basketball/13knicks.html?_r=1&partner=rssnyt&emc=rss&oref=slogin

So 10 pounds since April, what an accomplishment fat boy!

Damn, so that means his scoring average next year will be like 0.1 ppg.
Thank you, Rick Brunson.

Well one thing about this new Coaching situation is that I will bet big money that if he can't keep up, that he won't play. I think D'Antoni won't be in any mood to be gifting guys minutes like Isiah did. Q was so bad last year that it was a crime for him to have started so many games. Mike won't do that IMO.
