Besides Lebron, Bosh, Wade...

We have...

Joe Johnson (could be top 3 SG in the league behind Kobe and Wade)
Ray Allen (will be old)
Josh Howard
Marcus Camby
Tracey Mcgrady
Micheal Redd
Tyson Chandler
Steve Nash
Amare
Manu Ginobli

So as you can see... even if we miss on the top 2 or 3 guys.. there will be PLENTY of options

Amare seems to be the only enticing one to me, and thats if he's 100% healthy. 3/4 of those guys on that list aren't even that great right now, let alone 2010. I like Joe Johnson, but I feel he doesn't really care about winning. He seems a little passive to me.

Yeah I'm not sure I'd be too interested in those other guys. Chandler is a possibility if we are close to being a good team and need a center, he's still pretty young, same goes for Josh Howard, he'd be a shoe-in for D'Antoni.

Now that marijuana seems to be more of a priority than the playoffs, I've lost complete respect for Josh Howard. I used to love his game.

Yeah that's pretty bad, I just think you'd find that Josh Howard isn't alone in that category. We know about him because he was dumb enough to mention it.

That's a strong list but I'm sure there will be some new guys who emerge that none of us were thinking about too.

depending on what we have, I could see steve nash signing cheap with us, similar to Baron Davis in LA.

Exactly. There are lots of guys in the league right now who are flying under the radar who may be worth going for. The key is the flexibility to make moves and not be handcuffed with ridiculous contracts.

it's refreshing to see some posters stick to their guns & not flip flop on every other topic... i can't wait to hear the complaints when we have no cap room to make any moves in 2 years & watch all the bigname FA's sign w/other teams from some of the same posters who downplayed the importance of targetting cap flexibility all through this offseason.
After 7 years & 40K+ posts, banned by martin for calling Nalod a 'moron'. Awesome.

It's like everyone went instantly blind after I posted the Hoopswrorld article and link of the Biggest Summer potentially known in the NBA for FA in 2010.
