I think Jarred Jeffries will have a chance to become a better player. Before Isiah got his paws on him and made him one of 7 small forwards on the team, he showed alot of versatility. He could be looking to prove something.

If they move Zach (which I pray they do) I think Eddy Curry can have a resurgance. Not a top player in the league but I could see him averaging 16 pts, 7 rbds again under D'Antoni.

I also feel the Knicks shouldnt cut Stephon. I think they should play him, Nate, Duhon or whoever they sign, and whoever they trade Crawford for. I think Stephon is going to have a really good year, and could be traded mid year to a contender for draft picks. If we cut him now, he goes and signs for the mininum and has a good year for someone. As a 6th man Stephon could be very good. Just not the main man.

I don't care what people think. People are stupid. - Charles Barkley

If there's any chance Stephon might have a good year, we better trade him before that happens, or we may never be rid of him.

A lot depends on the PG running the show. I think in particular Jamal, Nate, Chandler will shine, cuz they are so elusive and good scorers and should play off the ball and be in constant motion. People sleep on Nate, but he's one of the best 3 pt shooters on the team statistically. He should be able to move to the open spot and hit with regularity.

Of course playing fast suits guys like Balkman and Lee too. If it was me I'd use Jared at Center and Lee at times and just play fast with a quicker line up. Curry and Zach if they're both still here would see reduced minutes, whether they like it or not. IMO it shouldn't matter if the number of possessions go up. The speed of the game will make it seem like they're playing more mins anyway.

I also agree with Jeffries. Q did well under D'antoni but im not sure his has the wheels to do it anymore.

Curry can't play anyworse so even by default he should improve. When he gets the ball in motion he is unstoppable. When things stop the D will Flop and he gets a O.

Craw should also do well uptempo. Steph bas

Jared Jefferies the guy was terrible in Washington and has been terrible here, so Mike D'Antoni being here isn't going to change that.
