Celtics Do Not Offer Tony Allen Qualifying Offer

The Boston Celtics did not tender guard Tony Allen a qualifying offer, making him an unrestricted free agent, according to a report in the Boston Globe.

The information was revealed by Allen's agent, Mike Higgins.

That's surprising. Allen has some game. A lot of people over here were riding on Russell Westbrook, but what exactly separates Westbrook from Allen?

Tony Allen is a knuckle head. Crazy hops and athletic ability with a jumpshot. Plays defense too......he's still a knuckle head.

yea, pretty much a knuckle head, I have no interest in this guy at all..

Tony Allen is the guy who blew out his knee going for a showy dunk after the play had been blown dead, right? He also plays some pretty killer defense doesn't he?

Tony Allen is good liked him alot in college. If we have an open space i don't see why not to sign him he plays defense and can play either guard position.
