Clips will not retain Livingston, according to ESPNews. Should we take a shot on him? That knee injury was devestating. The fact that the Clips need a point guard and let him go is telling.

Clips are obviously taking a PG with the 4th pick, probably the local UCLA product Westbrook. Livingston might not ever play again after that gruesome injury.
