Everyone,

The only way to voice how you feel about this team is not to go to the games. That is really the only way to drive out the dolans and layden.

Join me and tell everyone you know, on every board an help us get a real team!

I will still go to games, but I will yell and boo Scott LayDown, Doh!-lan and Done Chaney every time I get the chance. I am officially in hypercritical mode. I will boo the hell out of whoever doesn't have a career night. If I have to, I will boo the team off the court when they play sub-par. I'll throw beer on Keith Van Horn, Allan Houston or whoever doesn't play their *** off like their life depends on it. If things start getting really ugly, I may have to bring some eggs or D batteries to cold-cock someone right in the face if they try that laid back crap in the Garden when I am there. That's what us fans need to do at the games.

Wrong my hardcore friend. WHat you need to understand is once you bought that ticket Dolan doesnt care what you do.

The ony thing these guys understand is money, you have to hit them where it hurts or we dont have the right to complain.

I think both of your reactions are good. Why?? cause in the past, knick fans automatically assumed the NYK would have a find season and the opposite occurs. The Knicks will be find this year and they should make the playoffs(Hopefully). The team got much bigger with the additions of the 3 rookies and Van Horn.

If the off-the-hook approach doeesn't work, I will end up boycotting this team. My fiercest energy will be used this year. If that doesn't work, then I'll boycott them for a year.

I feel what you're saying, but I also feel that I should make my displeasure known in phases. Having to stomach moves like this almost feels like it's draining some of the life energy from me. It seems like the Knicks are going from bad to worse to the stench of all that is putrid.

I plan to email the Knicks and voice my opinion. WHat the hell is that idiot LayDown think he's doing?

Ok now, we get your drift from the multiple icons displayed at the very bottom. You have to be optimistic for the upcoming season and give the team the benefit of the doubt. Alot of people(Knick Fans) are truly upset Spree was traded away especially for VAn Horn but give it a chance. It could be a great move!! We'll have to wait and see when the season starts.

That's obvious, it's what we all gotta do. These boards are for us to voice our opinions about what we think will happen.

You believe in Scott LayDown and the Knicks Management. I (and a whole lot of other fans- holla if you hear me!) do not.

The feeling of having love for your team but seething hate for the management is not a settling one.

Once upon a time (up to a few days ago), I was a pro-Chaney fan.
For years I'd see him assistant-coaching the Knicks and said "I wanna see Chaney as Head Coach one day. I think he'll do well." When he was made Head Coach after Van Gundy left, I backed him up, believeing that he just needed a chance to have a training camp and make things work.

Then I heard him say he wanted Keith Van Horn over my man Spree. He had crossed over to the Dark Side of the Force. He was now a yes-man for the Doh!lan and LayDown Empire. Then Spree was gone.

All the positivity and love I had for Chaney wilted and died right there, along with any hope I had that we'd be a contender again before I become a senior citizen. Don Chaney was now the enemy.

Now I call him Done Chaney and have the same bitter loathing and disdain I have for the other Levels of Management. Hate festers in my heart for all of them:

Done Chaney
Scott LayDown
Deff Nix
and Doh!-lan himself, leader of the Evil Empire...

I hold these individuals responsible for turning my beloved team that was once so promising into a heartless, gutless, nutless shell of a sports organization. We are the laughingstock of the National Basketball Association.

They want to make my team into something for people from Utah. This is New York, the Mecca of basketball.

I heard fans on the radio actually breaking down and crying about the travesty that has taken place. They were calling up TV shows, writing on the internet... Man, real Knicks fans are in pain right now.

Mitch Lawrence, a writer I could barely stand for as long as I been following the Knicks, is suddenly on my side. I agreed wholeheartedly with his last article.

Every article in sports media is ripping the Knicks right now, and that won't change for what seems to be a long time. We're the butt of all the basketball jokes.

The New York Knicks are the joke of the league. Agents, GMs, players, everyone takes this team for the joke that we are. Read what they are saying. I am not making this stuff up.
No one even respects our team the way they're supposed to because of what these goddamn idiots have done.

Scott LayDown's father Frank shouldn't have even contributed to the birth of that man.

the one hope the knicks have is lampe and he is 3 years off at the least

lets see,vranes,doleac,knight,horn,thomas,houston,eisley,ward,othella,weatherspoon,anderson

is there a more boring team in the world? a more non atletic team.

you heard it here first they will have the least foul shots in the nba.

hiding horn in the zone, we are hiding Houston our 6-5 power foward and our 6-9 center already now he got to hide horn. so shandon anderson is going to protect every body in the zone

playoffs? playoffs? can we get a seed maybe, but look at it like this,Nets,philly,detroit,indy,boston,orlando are all better so if we get the 7 or 8 seed how far are we going.

say what you want about spree, he is one of the few knicks that played with heart.

Andrew i dont agree, here are a list of coaches off the top of my head that are not yes man or have expressed there true feelings on management, players or the nba in general

Pat Riley,Jackson,popovich, Nelson, Doc rivers,Bryon scott,Larry brown,George Karl,Jeff Van Gundy.

This list probably gets bigger if i had five minutes to research. So no not all coaches are yes man, and yes you can last with out being a Yes man.

Chaney trying to sell doleac to the New york Fan base, come on you think riley would have done that.

but case in point when gabriel blew getting Tinsley, a few season ago, Doc Rivers made it public he wasn't happy.

And we both know gundy had some Flaws but woul;d never try to Sell the public on Doleac, or knight.

I don't like Chaney, but I gotta give it to him. He KNOWS he lucked into this position and he's holding on with both hands. Once he's FINALLY gone, it'll be at least another 7 or 8 years (just like last time) before he gets another shot, if he ever gets on again.
