I seriously think this is the case. I think his real target is Bayless.

I have never seen Riles this open about a player-ever-as he is about Mayo. What clinched it for me was whe the report came out that Mayo was told that he is in consideration for the #2 pick. They also worked out Bayless and he was like an afterthought.

Why do you tell a kid you are working out he is in considerarion for the #2 and you don't say anything to the other kid you are working out? You gotta know that what you said is inevitably going to leak out.

If Riles was known to be hot for Bayless teams would dare him to take him at 2. Play up one of the top 3 picks, make a big show of your interest so your pick holds value.

Why give up the best player (Marion) and the better pick (Mayo)? I dont see it.
