Then why not trade 6th and Nate for 9th and felton


He is still on his rookie deal, but has three years of Nba playing time. I personally think Reymond is ready to take off as a play maker. Doesn't keep us from winning now but felton is young enough to be a move that takes the future into consideration.

Maybe they want more then Nate, but Felton plus a solid player is a good draft IMO. Certainly as good as talking about giving a promise to Westbrook.

You could do a lot worse than this. I tend to think Nate is pretty valuable to this team though. He has sparked our comebacks since he's been here. If you take him out of the equation we would not have won double digit games the last couple of years.

I'd rather trade Lee for Felton and try to do it straight up or add an expiring.



Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

we can't just trade for anyone & everyone in the NBA... why does CHA wanna trade an up & coming 23 yo PG who's already averaging 14 & 7 just to move up 3 slots in a draft where they can easily get a good rookie prospect if they just stay where they are?

I Don't know exactly why, other then hearing about the Bobcats wanting to trade up and Raymond reportly not in the graces of the FO....... I really didn't think it was an outlandish trade purposely.

If they want Lee I probably do that deal too, they added salary to a 33 win team and went on to win 32 games............ they might want to make changes.

I think the idea is for Larry Brown to ass rape Felton like he does all his other point guards.

Btw......Felton isn't even better than Nate....if only Nate was given the point guard job. He would prove to be better across the board.....and I happen to like Felton.

Westbrook and Lee won't interest Larry Brown at all??? LOL, I really didn't think this was like trying to trade for Kobe........ but maybe.

A Lee & filler (Nate, Balkman and/or Wilson Chander) package to Portland for Sergio Rodriguez and pick #12 continues to be one of my favorite scenarios if we're serious about looking for a PG.

Yeah but if nate got the same role with the same playing time the numbers would be similiar....and I think Nate would be better.
