How about a deal with the Lakers....

Odom and Radmonovic for Marbury, Q, and Balkman??

Odom has 2 yrs left and will be 31 when he is up. Vlad has 3 years left but is a tall perimeter oriented SF that may be a very solid role player in D'Antoni's offense. Odom is a great fit as a multifaceted player and maybe a point forward that we can use.

I guess why would the Lakers? Only thing thats kept Odom from allstar/elite status in the league has been injuries and suspensions (pot). When he's healthy he's one of the most versatile players in the league. I dont see LA's motivation.

Also Odom has an expiring contract... that attached to a star player in his prime is the ultimate commodity. No way LA makes that deal.

I think Odom was exposed as soft in the finals- he just seemed to play very timid - like Charles Smith!

That is why the Lakers would trade him - but not for that kind of ending cap garbage.

I think Crawford could have great value around the league after watching the playoffs and maybe he is the chip we should look to move- sure, he takes a ton of bad shots- but, he is fearless, and he can pretty much get into the lane and get his shot off whenever he wants - Cleveland & Lakers could have used someone like him.

Crawford looks really good in motion. Its that one on one crap that kills me. If I am not getting my PG of the future or a real building piece I am sticking with Jamal. He started playing much better under LB, fewer 3's, more FTs, a couple of games where he got 10 rebs... he's coachable and a good guy. I think he wants to win and will do really well under Mike. Now if we can trade him for a real PG I would have to do that.

if bynum returns healthy, their frontline is odom/gasol/bynum - which team in the nba can deal with that size?

they should not trade him.

knicks should do a jeffries for vlad rad deal.

money doesn't match up broham.

Marbury for Odom & Radman are even up... if u add in Q & Balk you need to add more players coming back from LA.

and Odom does not have 2yrs left he has 1yr left. A near $15mil expiring contract.

Why on earth would LA do this if they're trying to get back to the Finals? Geez the terrible ideas just won't stop.

Odom for Artest seems like their best bet to get back to the Finals & win it this time IMO.

Yep Odom 4 Artest and Thomas, or Odom for R.J., or Odom 4 Evans and 16 not for none of our wacky player ideas. I'm not sure we can offer the Lakers what they need. They need some nastiness and we don't have it.

I did that on my phone. Tradechecker doesn't work on it, I didn't have a chance to check that.
