With the exception of Howard, I think Beasley is on the same level rebounding wise... the guy averaged 20 boards a game pretty deep into the season and he is playing D1 ball so its not against total stiffs, so I dont think 12 rebs is out of this world. And I think he is better scorers than all of those players. Out of the group I would think KG is the best "scorer" because of his versatility, with Yao behind him, Duncan behind yao, Amare behind Duncan, and finally Dwight on a low level by himself (all he does is dunk, he has almost no post moves). Beasley is by far the most versatile player in this list. HE has the ability to take the defender inside with various effective post moves (the fade-away, uses his quickness to do a "Spin", and sometimes just overpowers people) or can use his outside game (he has a nice stroke from all over the court and people have to respect his driving ability--> that frees his "j" up). Most players have offensive weaknesses (i.e.-- KG cannot be a banger down low and get easy baskets off post moves, Dwight can't shoot, Amare can't create for himself, Tim Duncan is perfect inside 15 feet but average at best everywhere else) but Beasley can do all of these things.
Plus, think of Beasley's 28 & 12 as a Zach Randolph 28 & 12 because he is going to bring attitude problems and no defense to whomever drafts him. Just because the guy can put up numbers dosen't mean he is better than the group above, most of those guys are WINNERS and give it their all everytime out, something which Beasley might not do. (I do hope he proves me wrong though)
What's Defense?
