I love Shawne William's game and I believe he will be on par with a dude like Stephen Jackson if given the minutes.

So my idea is to trade David lee and Malik rose's contract for Shawne Williams and Marquis Daniels.......the Knicks could probably even swap picks with Indiana #6 for #11. Indiana might want to move up to make sure they get a guard they like. The Knicks could stand to bypass all these combo guards and go for a big man/ small fwd guys like Jordan, the italian stallion, darryl arthur, etc will be available @ #11.

Don't sleep on Daniels either. The dude plays hurt and out of position for the good of the team. He has a spot on this team behind Shawne Williams, who I think could flat out start, and Jamal Craw and Nate......he brings tremendous depth to hold the Knicks down in case of injury cuz he can start and contribute on both ends if needed.

Zach and Curry are still on the club but things can happen. So what you think of the trade?

Sorry dude, I'm not doing Indy any favors. They have almost as much dead weight on that team as we do with Daniels being one of them. No thanks.

Besides, I'd rather develop Chandler who is already on the roster as opposed to bringing in another sf in Williams who shoots a low % (43).

Maybe the worst under-valuation of David Lee yet. Just a horrendous trade.

Plus, if we were to draft Gallinari, we'd have:

6 SF's: Williams, Gallinari, JJ2, QBrick, Chandler, Balk
1 PF: ZNo
