Knicks play their first game on Monday. After a long week, the Knicks finally got a day off before heading to Denver for the Rocky Mountain Revue.
The Knicks can feel good about some of the early developments of their young guys. Frank Williams, more often than not, produced. Sweetney looks like he'll be able to get in the rotation, and after slow stars, both Lampe and Vranes showed improvement. Carroll also began producing numbers... so if the Knicks are looking for a young wing, he could be their man.
Now summer league veterans, they get to see how they measure up against Denver, who just got started. It'll be interesting seeing Lampe out there against Hilario and Tskitishvili, last year's mystery European. I can't wait.
