As you all know the Knickerbocker finshed their 1st Summer league event 2-4. They will begin their 2nd phase of the Summer League on 7/21 vs Denver. Looking at the roster, i noticed a very familiar name. It is Mamadou N'diaye. The former Raptor player stands at 7'0 feet tall and weighs 255pds. The former 26th overall pick by the Nuggets in 2000 is being hopeful he can play up to par and gain a roster spot for the upcoming season on the knicks. We all know how difficult it is for Laydown to obtain a legit center via trade or free-agents. Let's see how Mamadou N' diaye performs. Right now, the main topic in this Rocky Mountain Revue event will be the 3 draft choices the Knicks selected in this yrs draft along with Frank Williams. So far, they all look impressive. Let's see how they do this time around..

OOps! did you say UTAH? you know what that means?there is a big possibility that Scott Laydumbass will give up one or two of our best players for one stiff like Greg Ostertag..and i hope dosent trade another of our players for Michael Doleac cause he plays for us now;but Laydumbass problaly does not know that.(This guy is the worst ever; he makes Al Bianchi look like Jerry West).

Yo Prodson, before you make a negative comment on any players for the knick roster, analyze the situation beforehand. Honestly, he's an upgrade from Doleac and Travis Knight. You don't know what he's gonna do until the games are played. IF you're a true knick fan, you should think positive and look forward to players improving their games and trying to make an all around contribution.

its not an upgrade from Doleac. Doleac's got a nice jumper, is a decent rebounder and works hard on defense. The were about 10 games last year where Doleac came off the bench and made a difference. Marmaduke has got nothing on Dolehack, which says alot, or not much...depending on how you want to look at it.

I don't know about that one! Like you said, it depends how you look at it. Looking at the statistics from last yr, Mamadou N'diaye #'s were better than Doleacs, with exception of the free throw line. Doleac is pretty much a fundamental sound player with a nice jump shot. More of an outside player offensively but Mamadou is known for his defense especially his shot blocking skills. There was a setback for Mamadou last yr due to a stress fracture on his foot which led him to miss 55 games. If Mamadou makes the team, he would help the knicks defensively with his shot blocking prowess especially since Laydown is having a difficult time obtaining a defensive center up the middle.

you gave your opinion and i gave my opinion. why are you getting all sensitive with me?
you can stop screaming travis knight name because he doesn't play center. kurt thomas does. and i rather see thomas than m'diaye. and i could say, "i think doleac is a better player than N'diaye"...but i'm going to ask you what has he done in the nba that would make you feel he is a better player than doleac?

i love it when you say if i was a true knick fan...if i was a true knick fan...if i was a true knick fan...if i was a true knick fan...HOMEBOY, SCOTT LAYDEN IS NOT EVEN A TRUE KNICK FAN!!!....

hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

but on the real tho. if you were a true knick fan then you would know that the knicks don't have enough room on their roster anyway.
