This is where you can severely FU. They need to see EVERY single guy on the board from 5-20 as aggressively as they can. This is how players like Boozer Arenas Redd fall as they are not looked at keenly enough--you cannot have a complete grade on a player until you see him 2-3 months after the season. This is what cost us Bynum---true story the Knicks had the OPPORTUNITY to work him out and chose not to--and by the time they changed their minds[which wasn't going to mean anything because we were taking Frye] Bynum chose NOT to workout for the Knicks. Like I said--they need an OPEN mind--they CANNOT focus on one or two players---they need to FULLY reevaluate every player in the top 40 picks diligently. No days off for the next month.

It's kind of scary reading they are not prepared.

i agree, they need to take a good look at every prospect available & assess the situation intelligently... can't get too focused on any 1 prospect or close your minds off to any 1 either.

Dude, are you talking about the Orlando pre-draft camp article? 

 1- We don't have a second round pick. None of the Orlando guys are 1st rounders. 

 2- Read the tea leaves folks, we're packing the pick with Zach, Curry, or Craw and going home. 
    Subtracting Zach or Curry is more likely to have a positive impact on the team than adding the 6th pick as well.
Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

If the Knicks are thinking that they can just pack it up and go home after using their 1st rd pick, then the organzation is still ****ed.

They better be preparing for every possibility, especially picking up extra picks throughout both rounds for players that they think can help.

this all goes to Dolan making the move at the end of the season. He should have fired isiah last year- but ok, you let him start the year. But in December when we were playing like absolute garbage- why let things linger?

That said- I have confidence that all Walsh & D'Antoni will make a sound pick.
