Any body know how long Keith Van Cupcake's contract extends

All kidding aside, what lineup would be preferable assuming Thomas, Ward & Spree were used as bait in some fashion? For me....I would take Scenario B and run.

A)
5-Ratliff
4-Sweetney (with hopes of McDyess playing someday)
3-Glenn Robinson
2-Houston
1-Williams (still not sold, but since it's July we'll start him over Eisley)
....and Jason Terry as a combo guard off the bench

B)
5-Chris Mihm
4-Sweetney (with hopes of McDyess playing someday)
3-Ricky Davis
2-Houston
1-Williams (still not sold, but since it's July we'll start him over Eisley)

I just think the Cavs become the Clippers of recent years unless they translate Davis &/or Wagner &/or Miles into a more polished veteran guy (s). Something like Mihm, Davis for Thomas, Anderson to me makes sense.

Why would we get rid of 2 contracts which comes off the books at the end of the season and take a couple of bad ones especially Jason Williams's which runs through the 2007-2008 season??? That wouldn't be a smart move on Laydown's part. He's trying to avoid any more long term deals along with elevating the payroll.
