Bill Walker- I've been Jocking this guy since March the absolute Gem of the draft
Man If we don't find a way to get this guy I will let my frustrations be known
http://www.draftexpress.com/article/Bill-Walker-%22I-don-t-think-my-game-was-built-for-college%22-2894/ Excellent interview we have to find a way to get him. Whoever passes on him from say Pick 20-30 truly don't know what they are doing. Keep in mind this is a guy who came back from a major knee injury and fought like heck to get to peak form...... OH AND EFF UUU EY CURRY FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO LOSE WEIGHT

CDR- Very special player carried Memphis all yr even in a greater capacity than Rose did, especially in the tournament

http://www.draftexpress.com/profile/Chris-Douglas-Roberts-506/ The skies the limit with this guy has the tools and skills of Rip City and Miller Time, Luol Deng. His shooting is Top Notch and always at a premium in the NBA. He never got the credit he deserved and his talent is doubted by many. People say his game won't translate to the NBA and he's too slow to play the 2-3 or 3

D.J. White When Eric Gordon wasn't doin his thing late in the season this guy was

http://www.draftexpress.com/profile/D.J.-White-224/ This guy can be a beast if he keeps working at it. Reminds me of a Nene Hilario type player except appears to have a better offensive game and may be a better defender around the basket. Motor is questioned but i think it's due to experience and growth with the game

Of course Eric Gordon belongs here but I feel he's still drafted in the Top 7 for sure

tough to give a guaranteed deal on a guy that has had major knee injuries. only teams that can spend money will take a shot on him.

i think that's why he falls to the 2nd round.

Played the whole yr through it. This has to count for something.

it does...but it's still a risk. knee injuries are no joke, especially at that young age. even granger dropped to 17 and that was a back problem. monta ellis dropped to mid 2nd round b/c of knee problems too.

And both players are proving the Naysayers wrong it really was my point. Look at their overall talent and wager whose override the risks. We do know there will be players who do exactly as the title of this thread suggest. Tim Grover mini and full training camp sessions are no joke from what I've heard. The fact the guy has lost 25lbs since the tournament and he has more explosiveness than he's ever had also counts for something. This was a point a keyed on from his write up that after the surgery the knee stands a great chance to get stronger. The guy was a possible projected Top 10 talent coming out of high school before the injury and age limit issue.
