There shouldn't even be another Indiana Jones without Harrison Ford I'd rather see a 65 year old Ford than someone like Farrell or Jackman. Ford is Jones, that's all.
I have heard mixed reviews on the movie. It has a 79% rating on Rotten Tomatoes which is pretty damn good but many fans are panning the movie. Then again it could just be extreme fanboys who were looking for perfection after waiting 19 years.
I will watch the movie and judge it for myself. Unless a movie looks like crap to me in the previews, then I will watch it. I don't listen to critics. Critics said Old School wasn't good and it's one of the best comedies I have ever seen. I think I'll watch Indy 4 tomorrow.
I totally agree - Ford is Jones and thats it. If they had replaced him I wouldnt have seen it.
The people who dont seem to like it are extreme fan boys probably expecting too much from a movie that is simply meant to entertain and be a little nostalgic. I stand by the movie, I think it was good and definitely worth seeing in the theater, Ford is not too old to play the role but he is getting there - they even joke about it in the film.
