I'm sure most of y'all caught this article on Page 2, http://espn.go.com/page2/s/neel/030721.html, but the part I find most telling is this caption under a picture of Lebron James: The search for the NBA's new ideal begins now.

It's captions like that that serve to remind me what the NBA has truly become: a business. Sports Entertainment. Regardless of what we hear during the duration of this episode with Kobe, how the NBA will 'wait and see' or 'supports Kobe' or whatever stance they take... it already knows where to turn the spotlights when it'll be time to move on. And fans will follow the bright beam...

Kobe's image will never be the same. EVERYBODY knows that, none more than Stern. It's time to start the old bait and switch on us.

the more i think about it this has to be a setup, kobe bryant didn't rape this girl. But she didn't plan this on her own either.

Anybody here the latest Rumor on the so-called Rape by Kobe? The deal is the sex was consensual, but then Kobe hit the bootie and that's when she cried rape. Now what is this NEW INFO, about someone from Kobe's house calling 911 and paramedics being called to treat a women in Kobe's home with medical attention? Is Kobe just a BOOTIE BANDIT? Did he bang his wife the same way and that's why medics came to his house in L.A? If so this boy must be infactuated with da bum bum.
