We somehow land the #2 spot and Rose is off the board, what would you do?
Select Beasley? or Trade the pick to fleece a team that covets him in pick 3 - 5 range where we could still get good value.

it all depends how good u think Beasely will be... i don't know enough about the guy to say whether they would or not... just trying to gauge the popular opinion his upside... 1 thing it would do is to get them a little cap relief longterm, but again it all depends on how good of a prospect u think Beasely is.

Where would Beasley play if we got him? Behind Zach, Lee & Jeffries(lmao). We could use the pick to lighten our crappy roster. Beasley talented yes, but he would do us more good if we are able to trade him and one of the rat bastards on our squad for a decent player, roster spot or cap relief.

don't know if it's the popular opinion...but it's my opinion. i would trade #1 for melo.

If we get Beasley then he is the perfect tool to unload the bad contracts that Popcorn Man has assembled.

Unload any combination of ZBo, JJFat and JJSkinny plus Beaseley for Melo, filler and their 20th pick.

Anything else we say no and keep Beasley.

Its tough, but I think the Knicks have to get Beasley and sign him for the max years allowed.

I'm hoping for Beasley. He's so damn good. He looked almost bored with the NCAA. Melo is already making his money. At least the Knicks could save and still get similiar talent....like possible 18/8/3/1 in his first year.

The move would then be to throw Zach @ Philly and hope to get Iggy. A core of Iggy, Beasley and craw is nice.
