Just a note, I found out that this story came to be headline news, only' because the mayors son is in controversy. That city is so far behind times.
I'll never trust this' team again.

It doesn't seem like Daley has a total hold of what creates violence. Start by addressing the unemployment rate. Daley's dad was a racist SOb, who as the mayor had the Chi police murder Fred Hampton and friends and then went on TV accusing them of shooting the police and so on. Eventually the truth came out though.
