I was just watching TNT halftime. Erine Johnson showed the highlights from Mavs vs Horntes. He only show the part where David West put his fingers on Dirk's face like he was a mob's boss and Dirk did nothing about it.

Magic said, "Come On Dirk, If it was in 80's, there's def something going to happen"

Kenny said, "How you could let this happen, I know I'm a little guy
and I know Charles would beat me up, but I would put his hand down to show that I ain't scared of you"

Barkley said, "I love Dirk, He's a great player and nice but he's soft, you need do something about it" ,etc.

I have never seen a player allow another player to touch his face when they are losing the game and the player not react.

I kinda think because David West did that so casually and unafraid that it must be a known thing among the players that Dirk won't do anything back

Yeah. Dirk needs to kill a few mofos to show that he's no punk. Hopefully he'll still have a few good years of ball left after he gets out of prison.

Dirk doesn’t want to farther degrade our relations with European allies.

Dirk is in a touchy situation cuz he is the franchise.....him getting ejected cuz of this would be devestating to the Mavs.

Like I said in the other thread........I blame Mark Cuban for not getting Dirk some help. I'm not even joking about the Zach or Curry thing. Neither player can be confused as an enforcer but they do demand that a decent big man be on them at all times. David West would be too concerned with double teaming Zach or Curry to worry about getting involved with Dirk.

Kidd/ devin Harris.......what's the ****ing difference? I will tell you......Kidd dominates an offense with the amount of ball handling and passing he needs to do to be effective. Dallas was not running a point guard offense. Why would they do something like this? Now they have kidd, and terry to replace in a few years cuz both are pretty old.

The lakers went and got gaso to help odom and young bynum, and Pheonix went and got Shaq Diesel to protect Amare. Dallas replaces an up and coming star with a fading star at the same position.

Now Dirk is the one looking like a *****. When the Heat and Golden st. were destroying Dallas and Dirk was getting manhandled......they never thought that maybe he needed a big man and not set up man?

Smh.......again Dirk comes out looking like a pansy.

I think its s bit overblown. West might of touched his face, but Dirk also seemed to be jabbing his finger back at West's chest. The refs seperated them before there was reaction time

Call it what you may, but I don't see Larry Bird allowing that to happen to him by some 1st time all-star.

He can't swing at the guy. If he does, he's out of the next game and Dallas has no chance. It's up to his team to protect him.

Think back to how the Suns reacted against the Spurs last year. How did that help their cause?
