Now I dont know about all of you - but he was one of my favorite Knicks of all time. I may have called him Bambi several times - but to me he embodied the heart of what it means to play in NY. He didnt have a pretty game, he made is points off of left over garbage, but he made it look pretty damn good when he would slam that rock through the hole and hang off the rim. He also had imposing 6' 11 size - and a tough presence even though he was skinny. When Layden dumped him for McBroke he got rid of one of the final pieces of true NY basketball....just like LJ and Ewing and possibly Spree. I miss watching players who are hungry for the game.

If he didn't end up on the IR every time he fell down, he'd still be a Knick.

We really need to stick with players that are less brittle. We haven't had all our (projected) starters haelthy in years.
Another season, and more adversity to persevere through. We will get the job done, even BETTER than last year. GO KNICKS!

Yeah - for spirit, I love Marcus. For durability, I wish we could gene-splice him with Oakley.

Camby was the main reason we made it to the finals against the Spurs. He dominated every big man in the East that year.. Blobking shots and grabbing boards. I will always miss him...

His durability was awful, but when he did play he was awesome, who on this current roster is awesome?

i still got love for marcus camby. they make fun of him staying injured but for one thing he wasn't a center to begin with


those that love to make fun of his injuries got what they deserved with mcdyess

I miss camby, but he was too injury prone... Marcus Bambi, cotton candy.....

PROD, i'm not allowed to post it but did you see SERENA WILLIAMS at the ESPYS ???? MARTIN or ANDREW or the GOOD FERRY keeps removing it everytime i ask anyone about her..... ROFL..........
