-Not too crazy about the fact that Isiah going to be there.

-Donnie said Jim Dolan had nothing to do with the decision. Dolan wanted to keep Isiah.

-Doesn't feel it's a healthy situation.

-Key is where will he be working? He think's it would be where he's living at home and not near the team.

-For head coach, should be looking for "what wins in the NBA" and the guy needs to be phsyically tough, mentally tough, has a team that practices hard, etc - ie: Pat Riley, or Jeff Van Gundy type.

-Donnie needs to find players he knows he can win with. Knicks don't have great players. Ewing was an ultimate leader just like Reggie was a leader in Indiana that led by example. The Knicks best player is Stephon and he leads them, but in a bad way. A great leader is Tim Duncan. The best play is always going to lead you and since it's Marbury, it will lead you south.

-Do you expect Marbury to be back with Knicks? The Knicks are in a good situation because Marbury won't be here by July of 2009. Bury knows he has to play well if he wants a job in the NBA. In Feb 2009, teams will be interested in him because of his contract.

-Mark Jackson deserves a chance. Not crazy that JVG might be assistant to Jackson.
