1 Lakers vs 8 Denver
2 Hornets vs 7 Dallas
3 Spurs vs 6 Suns
4 Utah vs 5 Houston

This is going to be the greatest first rd in NBA history. Does anyone ever remember the NBA having a first rd like this before for a confrence??

On a way lesser level. Cleveland vs Washington should be interesting especially with the smack talk that has been coming out of Washington's mouth. Orlando vs Toronto should be mildly entertaining as well.

im pretty excited for all the first round matchups except celtics - hawks. i think pistons sixers could be intriguing - i really like how the sixers play, even though the pistons will prob win in 5 or 6.

This is the first time the entire basketball season that I've been excited the NCAA tournament left me kind of cold and I barely watched and the regular season other then some games here and there and of course the Knicks for a good laugh I haven't watched a ton. But this Western Conference playoffs is going to be crazy I can't wait. Literally anybody could beat anybody in the first round. You could see 3 out of the top 4 seeds being bounced in the first round.
