Someone bang out a script over the weekend and fax it to HBO. You can't tell me you wouldn't watch. It be better than that Summer of Sam Yankee sitcom ESPN had..

Steph- The black dude from Clueless, or Fredro Star
Eddy- The fat kid that is gona play Biggie in that film coming out

Don't you dare insult Michael Clark Duncan by making him play the role of Jerome James, a goofy fooker who will barely get any screen time. Make him play Dolan and we'll just pretend Jimmy boy is black in this one. Duncan can make a great bad guy!

In all seriousness, after reading that New York magazine story about the Knicks, I really think there is a great concept for a sports film here.

It can start off as Thomas being left off the dream team and then document one man's ego and how everywhere he went gets destroyed. Thomas is a figure that just seems inhuman. The movie can have like a Mr. Untouchable theme like in American Gangster.

Rommance- check (Annucha, interns, his own wife)
Drama- check
Humor- double check
appeal- check
theme- "megalomania ruins everyone"

Damon Wayans as "Silent" steve mills.....

Dustin Hoffman as Larry, Billy Dee Williams as Lenny, Tim Curry IS Jimmy Dolan (look it up), Paulie Walnuts as Donnie Walsh.

THe Movie should focus on Layden getting fired and the love fest surrounding Isiah and Marbury. The Anucha thing should be big including a reinactment of his testimony.

The Players are in the back ground but the real turning point of the teams free fall was when Antonio Davis' wife went postal in the stands and he had to run up there to protect the fan from getting a beat down by her!
